Theravus is a Brazilian health-tech company founded in 2026. Together with healthcare professionals, we build the platform that runs the schedule, records, billing and WhatsApp of practices and clinics — so the day belongs to the patient, not to the paperwork.

It started as a frustration and became a company.

The frustration
Professionals drowning in spreadsheets, paper and WhatsApp
Júlio César is a software developer. Before a single line of Theravus existed, he saw up close the routine of healthcare professionals who finished a day of appointments only to start another one: confirming visits by text, writing progress notes on paper, checking payments in spreadsheets, hunting for documents in folders. Care was there — but squeezed between tasks no software really solved.

The first line of code
March 2026: Júlio starts building
Instead of waiting for someone else to fix it, Júlio wrote the first lines of Theravus with one simple rule: everything a professional does outside the session must fit in one place — secure and easy to use. Within weeks, scheduling, records, billing and WhatsApp were already talking to each other. He was the mind behind the idea and the main builder of the product in that phase — from the database to the last screen.

Today
A complete platform, shaped with the people who use it
Today Theravus brings together scheduling, electronic records with digital signatures, telehealth, finance, accounting, built-in WhatsApp and Theravus Cowork, the AI with specialists — in the browser, in the Theravus Pro and Theravus Paciente apps and in the Chrome extension. And the direction is still decided together: our founding members meet with us every month to choose what comes next.

After months of testing with professionals, Theravus reaches version 1.0.0 — stable and ready for everyday practice.

Theravus Pro, for professionals, and Theravus Paciente arrive on the App Store and Google Play — and Pro gets a smartwatch version.

Three languages and Theravus Cowork
The platform now speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish, and the AI gains specialists — clinical, finance, marketing, legal — without seeing data that identifies the patient.
