Translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using Theravus, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who may use the service
Theravus is intended for psychologists, psychiatrists and clinics duly registered with their professional councils (CRP/CRM). By signing up, you declare that you hold an active registration.
3. Clinical responsibility
Theravus is a tool to support clinical practice. All clinical decisions (diagnoses, prescriptions, courses of action) are the sole responsibility of the professional user. Theravus does not replace clinical judgment and is not liable for errors in diagnosis or treatment.
4. AI and automated assistance
The artificial intelligence features (summaries, behavioral analyses, suggested questions, transcriptions) are auxiliary and must be reviewed by the professional before any clinical use. Theravus does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs.
5. Subscription and payment
Use of the platform requires an active subscription. Non-payment results in progressive blocking (read-only after 7 days, full blocking after 30 days). A pro rata refund is guaranteed within the first 14 days (right of withdrawal).
6. Patient data
You are the controller of the data of the patients you register on the platform. Theravus acts as processor (Art. 5, VII LGPD). You are responsible for obtaining the patients' consent in accordance with the LGPD.
7. Prohibited use
The following is prohibited: (a) violating laws or third-party rights; (b) attempting to access data of other tenants; (c) reverse engineering or unauthorized automated extraction; (d) sending spam or unsolicited marketing via WhatsApp or email; (e) using the platform for activities unrelated to mental health.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in the event of an immediate risk to the platform or to other users.
Termination by the user. You may delete your account at any time through the app, the dashboard or at app-staging.julioamorim.dev/excluir-conta. The deletion is scheduled for 7 days after the acceptance of the terms and may be canceled until then. For a professional linked to a clinic, the request is decided by the clinic within 15 days; if no decision is made, the request is escalated to the Theravus Data Protection Officer.
Closure of a clinic or practice. The account holder may close it entirely. Upon closure, a final invoice proportional to the period used is issued; outstanding invoices remain due (the debt does not prevent the exercise of LGPD rights, but remains enforceable for the legal period). Clinical records, prescriptions and tax documents are not deleted: they are kept in the Theravus Custody Vault for the legal retention period, accessible through the Custody Portal for 90 days and thereafter upon request to the Data Protection Officer. Reactivation is possible within 30 days. The regulatory retention of the clinical record remains an obligation of the professional or clinic (controller); Theravus holds it in custody and returns it.
9. Limitation of liability
Theravus is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability (although we have an SLA of 99.5%). Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
11. Contact
